The Coach: Participants Share Their Experience

Classes and break times have been enriching and Sanjay's personal commitment to the student is very helpful to eliminate blocks candidate may have. The fact that Sanjay has been available any time throughout the course is very important. Besides technical knowledge for this course, there's something more important -- that is to be professional in one's outlook, approach and mindset... and Sanjay has it all.

Very smart and friendly. Always willing to help.

I never had this kind of coach before... He likes working in a professional way and does things passionately. My rating for the tutor is AAA.

The instructor is a very kind and nice person, attentive to the need of the student.

He could make a lawyer feel comfortable with figures.

2010 Level 1 Workbook is Only 216 Pages Thin

That's 22 less pages than the 2009 version or if you prefer 17.83 times less pages than the assigned readings.

It's not only thinner but there have been significant improvements in many sections to improve the fluidity of the learning experience.

And of course we wouldn't have been able to get the manual to where it is without the great feedback that we've been getting from candidates and brutally honest referees over the years.

To all these people we say a big thank you and ask them to keep on challenging us.

Read how our seminar makes your exam preparation worries disappear.

Does Participating in Our Mock Add Value?

Let's hear what some participants have to say about it:

It's indeed like the real thing. The fact that it is done in exam conditions does help to build confidence about one's abilities and prevents stressing up during the exam day.

Practice. I was not stressed out during the exams conditions. Allowed better time management during the exam.

Attending the mock is like getting mentally prepared for attending the real exam. The mock helped me realise my weak points and areas I need to focus on more.

Thank you for the mock exam on Saturday. It was completely worth sitting for this exam as I now know where I stand concerning my revision.

Our Workbook: Level I Candidates Speak Out

A June 2009 Level I candidate had this to say about our 238-page workbook:

First of all the workbook made me feel confident about the difficulty of the Level I exam. The workbook is so well written that it made me say to myself "it (Level I of the CFA Program) is not difficult after all".

And here's the feedback from a couple of other participants in our Level I Seminar:

The workbook is very user-friendly. It pinpointed most of the topics and questions on which we were examined.

I can't imagine how my CFA Exam would have been without the workbook. It was a very important tool in saving time.

Concise and helpful especially when nearing exam time.

Slides Workbook for June 2009 is 12.5% Thinner

238 pages thin or 34 pages less than the previous version. And I have rewritten a lot of sections for increased clarity and so that we move even faster in the Level I Seminar. That's after getting all kind of feedback from participants. Here's a recent one from Pratibha: "Reading material was easier to understand than the given curriculum."

While we are happy to get this kind of feedback we certainly don't stop and smell the roses. No. We consider our slides workbook as a living organism that evolves more often than you could imagine. We have been inspired by the concept of perpetual beta pioneered by Google: it's continually improved.
